Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated 1 August 2026 · TerraVante Global Ltd, Company No. 16884502

TerraVante Global Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in every part of our business and supply chain. We make this statement voluntarily, reflecting the standard we hold ourselves and our partners to, and we intend to formalise it under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as our turnover grows.

Our business and supply chain

We are a supply partner for zero-crystalline-silica engineered stone. Our supply chain is deliberately short and direct: we work under a formalised long-term agreement with a primary manufacturing partner, whose operations our founders have personally visited and verified on-site. This direct, "direct-from-source" model gives us unusually high visibility of the conditions under which our products are made.

Our principles

  • We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any form.
  • We expect the same standard from every manufacturing and logistics partner we work with.
  • We favour long-term, transparent partnerships over transactional sourcing, because they allow real oversight.

Steps we take

  • Personal verification: on-site assessment of our primary manufacturing partner before and during supply.
  • Partner expectations: we require partners to comply with applicable labour laws and to uphold safe, fair working conditions.
  • Due diligence: we build labour and ethical-sourcing checks into how we select and review partners.
  • Escalation: any concern raised with us is investigated, and we will end relationships with any partner found to be in breach.

Responsibility and review

Responsibility for this statement sits with the directors of TerraVante Global Ltd. We review it at least annually and update it as our operations and supply chain develop.
